Meet Mpress Bennu — Founder of Moving Mountains TSOP Inc.

A community leader dedicated to empowerment, culture, and creating opportunities that uplift others.
Mpress Bennu is the founder and visionary behind Moving Mountains TSOP Inc., a nonprofit dedicated to empowering communities through education, cultural programming, and meaningful connection. Based in Greenfield, Massachusetts, she is a passionate community leader, event producer, and advocate for creating opportunities that uplift individuals and families.
Through her leadership, Mpress has developed programs focused on youth empowerment, life skills development, and financial literacy—helping individuals build confidence, access resources, and create pathways toward success. Her work is rooted in collaboration, bringing together local leaders, organizations, and community members to create lasting impact.
In addition to her nonprofit work, Mpress is also the force behind Moving Mountains Media, where storytelling, radio, and television are used to amplify community voices and celebrate local culture. Her media work supports and extends the mission of TSOP Inc., helping share stories that inspire, connect, and empower.
From organizing landmark events like the Greenfield Juneteenth Celebration and Reggae Festival to building partnerships across Franklin County, her work continues to strengthen community bonds and create spaces where people feel seen, heard, and supported.
Her mission is simple: to inspire, to connect, and to help individuals and communities move mountains together.
Our programs are designed to provide practical, real-world skills and opportunities that help individuals build confidence, improve financial stability, and create pathways for long-term success.

2018 – Passion Queen Brand
Original design for PQ – Passion Queen Clothing created.
Mission: Empower women & young girls with strength, confidence, and upliftment.
2022 – The Beginning
Moving Mountains founded in Greenfield, MA.
Organized Greenfield’s first Juneteenth Celebration at Energy Park.
Event featured speakers, vendors, and drew 100–250 attendees.
Covered by WWLP News 22 and Greenfield Recorder.
2023 – Expansion & Recognition
Juneteenth moved to Beacon Field with Greenfield’s first-ever Juneteenth Parade.
Attendance grew to 400–500.
Coverage expanded: Greenfield Recorder, Bear Country Radio, WHAI, and NEPM.
Stronger community partnerships & sponsorships.
2024 – Regional Impact
Over 40+ organizations and 12 sponsors engaged for Juneteenth.
Parade draws attention from 3 counties + CT & NY.
Tribute to Frederick Douglass included community reading of his historic speech.
Greenfield’s First Reggae Fest (Aug 11, 2024) featuring Michael Palmer & DJ Steve Austin.
Increased merchandise sales for minority-owned businesses.
2026 — Moving Mountains TSOP Inc. Established
Moving Mountains TSOP Inc. was officially established as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. This marked a new chapter—shifting from community-driven initiatives into a structured organization dedicated to long-term impact and sustainable community growth.
